Don't Shrink in the Room is a free, 60-minute live virtual workshop for senior women in STEM who are walking into a review, a raise conversation, or a promotion discussion this quarter.

This is not a passive webinar.

There are no 40-page slide decks or generic lectures on "confidence." This is a live practice room. You will be placed in small, confidential breakout rooms with other executive women to actually speak the words out loud.

In 60 minutes, you will:

🌟Identify Your Shrinking Habit: Name the exact qualifiers ("I just," "It was a team effort") you use to downplay your economic impact, and replace them with data-backed facts.

🌟Survive "The Flinch": Participate in the live Pause Drill. You will practice hearing the exact objection you are terrified of ("Budgets are frozen," "Not this year") and sitting in complete silence without apologizing or negotiating against yourself.

🌟Script the Ask: Build your one-sentence, unapologetic ask anchored entirely to the business case you delivered this year.
